System XTrack Komunal has a module for planning schedules for cyclic routes.
Dispatcher or other person creating/managing schedules have to his disposition digital map, which can be used to visualize task/route and localisation points. Custom localisation can personalised by:
- type of task
- type of container
- average weight of collected material (calculated by XTrack weighting system)
- name or type of customer
- frequency / date of collection
To each route software calculates time, distance and average weight of material which will be collected by vehicle. Each modification generates list of cyclic task/contracts, which parameters (e.g. time of collection) need to be changed to be accepted by system.
Application gives to user full and elastic accessibility and freedom to manage all task created in system. This allows user to create the best schedules and work plans.
Main module advantages:
- Creating, planning and optimise schedules using digital map (for each schedule application calculates information like number of tasks, time, distance, weight of collected/delivered material).
- Assigning individual task schedules to drivers or / and vehicles
- Defining areas on a digital map and assigning schedules to them (this function is really useful for future schedules assignment)
